Testors Gloss Grape Enamel Paint TES1135 is a 1/4 fl oz oil-based hobby paint that delivers a rich grape-purple colour with a smooth glossy finish. It is a versatile choice for scale models, model cars, motorcycles, custom vehicles, aircraft accents, science-fiction builds, robots, miniature figures, model railroads, decorative trim, dioramas, crafts, and colourful custom details.
The compact 7.4 mL glass bottle supports controlled brush painting on small parts, body panels, trim lines, raised features, model accessories, edges, interior elements, and touch-up areas. The Gloss Grape shade is ideal for custom automotive-inspired paintwork, fantasy miniatures, bold vehicle accents, character models, decorative features, and projects that need a vivid polished purple finish.
Testors’ all-purpose enamel formula is fast drying, easy to apply, and lead free. Finely ground pigments support smooth flow and dependable coverage. Colour is controlled from batch to batch, and the bottle colour matches the corresponding Testors aerosol spray colour to help maintain a consistent finish across compatible application methods.
Stir thoroughly before use to mix pigments evenly. Apply thin, consistent coats to a clean, dry compatible surface, allowing sufficient drying time between layers. The paint can be brushed directly from the bottle or airbrushed after thinning with compatible enamel thinner. For gloss colours, begin with three parts paint to two parts thinner, then test the mixture on a spare surface before applying it to your final project.
Allow approximately 48 hours for complete curing before normal handling. Use only in a well-ventilated workspace and keep this oil-based enamel away from heat, sparks, static discharge, and open flames.
