  2. Delivery Areas: We ship Worldwide.
  3. Shipping to Canada and United States:
    • Free shipping on orders over $80 CAD.
    • For orders under $80 CAD, shipping costs is flat $12
  4. International Shipping:
    • Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination at checkout.
    • Free shipping on orders over $400 CAD for all international destinations.
    • Free shipping on orders over $250 CAD for UK and Europe.
  5. Order Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.
  6. Untracked Shipping Option:
    • Available for many international destinations.
    • Often cheaper and may take the same delivery time as tracked options.
    • No refunds offered for untracked shipping due to lack of full tracking information.

Returns

  1. Return Window: You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
  2. Eligibility:
    • Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
    • Items must be in their original packaging.
    • The original receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  3. Non-Returnable Items:
    • Personalized or custom-made products.
    • Clearance or final sale items.
  4. Return Process:

    • You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
    • Provide us with your order number and the reason for the return.
  5. Refunds:
    • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 10 business days.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase.
    • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  6. Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
