Testors Flat Red enamel is formulated for smooth flow, dependable coverage, and easy blending. The flat finish works especially well for military models, vehicle interiors, architectural details, matte accessories, model railroads, and weathered or realistic surfaces. It can be used on many compatible materials, including ceramic, plastic, leather, stone, metal, Styrofoam, glass, paper, fabric, wood, and other craft surfaces; it is not recommended for vinyl, polyethylene, or polypropylene plastics.

For best results, stir thoroughly before use and apply thin, even coats in a well-ventilated workspace. The paint dries to the touch in approximately one hour and can be applied with a brush or airbrushed after thinning with compatible Testors enamel thinner. Clean tools with Testors Enamel Thinner #1148 or a compatible enamel thinner. This paint is highly flammable and may irritate skin and eyes, so it is intended for adult use only and should be kept away from heat, sparks, and open flames.
