Testors Gloss Light Blue Enamel Paint TES1108 is a 1/4 fl oz oil-based hobby paint that delivers a clean light-blue colour with a smooth gloss finish. It is a versatile option for scale models, aircraft, model cars, boats, model railroads, miniature figures, science-fiction projects, robots, dioramas, decorative accessories, and custom detail work.
The compact 7.4 mL glass bottle is ideal for controlled brush painting on small parts, body panels, trim, raised details, cockpit elements, vehicle accents, model-water features, and touch-up areas. Testors’ enamel formula contains finely ground pigments for smooth flow and dependable coverage. Colour is carefully controlled from batch to batch, and the bottle colour matches the corresponding Testors 1208 Light Blue spray enamel.
Stir thoroughly before use to ensure even pigment distribution. Apply thin, consistent coats to a clean, dry compatible surface, allowing adequate drying time between layers. Testors Gloss Light Blue may be brushed directly from the bottle or airbrushed after thinning with Testors #8824 or #8825A Enamel Airbrushing Thinner. For gloss colours, use three parts paint to two parts thinner as a starting ratio, then test and adjust before painting the final project.
Testors bottle and aerosol enamels are lead free and require approximately 48 hours for complete curing. This oil-based enamel should be used only in a well-ventilated workspace and kept away from heat, sparks, static discharge, and open flames.
